Making Fitness Fun
As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My personal training sessions will be designed specifically for you to help you reach your goals. I also run classes, which are a great way to keep fit with a group with people also wanting to work hard and achieve results
I provide a range of group classes, suitable for all levels as well as one to one personal training sessions. All the classes are £10 per person. To book onto any of my classes or personal training sessions, please email me. email@example.com
A one to one personal training session with me, I will help motivate you to achieve your goals and push you to your fitness level
£40 an hour
This class is designed to peak your heart rate, burn maximum calories, and work you hard. I promise you will leave this class feeling fantastic and feeling fit.
Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:30 pm (ZOOM)
A full body circuit class, can never be boring, with a variety of exercises, working at your own pace this is a perfect class for all levels
These classes are outside and will run whatever the weather, so be there to feel fit and fantastic and smash an awesome workout.
Monday 6:30pm - 7:30 pm
Friday 6:00pm-7:00pm (WELLS NEXT THE SEA)
45 minutes of spinning, followed by a core finisher, this is the ultimate cardio blast, that will improve your fitness and endurance, its energising, fun and sweaty
Private classes of 3 people, message me to arrange a private class time for you and 2 other friends.

A WEEKLY HEALTHY AND NUTRITIONAL RECIPE
I will send you a recipe each week written by myself. It will be packed full of nutritional goodness perfect to refuel yourself with after taking part in my exercise classes.
A WEEKLY FULL BODY WORKOUT
A workout will also be sent to you, a 30 minute full body workout, which will then be yours to keep and do as many times as you like.
